Teaching systems
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
You may NOT:
Share login credentials
Record lessons
Download and redistribute materials
Reproduce, copy, sell, or sublicense content
Use content for commercial teaching without written permission
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and possible legal action.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Thinkific Payments.
If you select a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Collection actions
Suspension of access
Reporting of unpaid balances
4. Refund Policy (Digitally Enforceable)
Due to the digital nature of our products:
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
No refunds will be granted if a substantial portion of the course has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first constitute a material breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to deny refunds to prevent abuse or digital product exploitation.
5. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, bookings, career advancement, or artistic success.
Your results depend on your effort, skill, background, and market conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anastasiia Ohirchuk from any claims arising from:
Your misuse of the content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
